詳細：	【日本のスポーツ界における女性やLGBTQ+】日本のLGBTQ+の人々は、職場や政治など、社会の多くの場面でいまだに差別を受けています。しかし、LGBTQ+の人々が差別されるのは、職場や公的発言だけではありません。スポーツ界においても差別に直面しています。日本のスポーツ界では、性別二元論を元に作られた施設(トイレなど)、家父長的なジェンダー規範、パワーハラスメント、セクシャルハラスメント、同性愛者に対する差別発言など、ジェンダー問題が深刻化しています。イベントでは、日本のスポーツ界において、・女性やLGBTQ+に関する課題は何か？・その課題によるアスリートへの影響・これらの問題に対する具体的な解決策は何か？について今回の登壇者である野口亜弥様に話していただきます。 6月26日（土）19:00～20:30、Voice Up Japan ICU支部は、一般社団法人 S.C.P. Japan の共同代表であり、順天堂大学スポーツ健康科学部助教、国際基督教大学博士後期課程在籍の野口様をお招きし、オンラインイベントを開催します。イベントは無料で日本語で行われ、チャットボックスに英語の翻訳が送られます。講義の後、質疑応答の時間を設けます。Peatixでお申し込み完了後、zoomリンクをメールでご案内いたします。登壇者プロフィール野口亜弥様は、スポーツとジェンダー・セクシュアリティ、スポーツと開発を専門としており、元女子サッカー選手として、日本のスポーツ界におけるジェンダー不平等について実践、研究をしています。一般社団法人S.C.P. JapanやNPO法人GEWELの主要メンバーとして、スポーツ団体や教育機関で、スポーツにおけるジェンダーやセクシュアリティについてのワークショップや講演も行っています。 ************************************************* 【LGBTQ+ and Women in Sports in Japan】 LGBTQ+ people and women in Japan are still widely discriminated against in many spheres of society, for example at work or in politics. However, gender minorities are not only discriminated against in the workforce or in public discourse: They also face oppression and marginalization in sports. Pressing gender issues in the Japanese sports world include gender binary structures of sporting space (eg. restrooms), patriarchal gender norms, power harassment, sexual harassment, as well as homophobic and sexist comments. During the event, we will answer questions like: Which issues face women and LGBTQ+ people in the Japanese sports world? What impact do these issues have on athletes and which concrete solutions to these problems are there? On Saturday 26th June 19:00-20:30 (JST), Voice Up Japan ICU will hold an online lecture with Aya Noguchi, co-president of NGO S.C.P. Japan, assistant professor at Juntendo University's School of Sports and Health Sciences, and doctoral student at International Christian University. After the lecture, there will be time for questions. The Zoom link will be accessible automatically after signing up via Peatix. The event will be for free, in Japanese with English translations in the chatbox. About the speaker: Aya Noguchi specializes in sports and gender, sports and sexuality, as well as sports and development. As a former professional female soccer player, she has been practicing and researching gender inequality in sports in Japan. As a key member of the NGOs S.C.P. Japan and GEWEL, she has organized workshops and lectures at sport organizations and educational institutions about gender and sexuality in sports.
